Morehouse men reflect on their journey to manhood
On Monday, March 5, from 6 - 8 p.m., author John H. Eaves, Ph.D. signed his new book, “Speakers of the House” at Perennial Strategy Group’s offices in Downtown Washington, D.C. In “Speakers of the House,” Dr. Eaves has chronicled the impact of a Morehouse College education on 30 notable alumni – political, business, academic, entertainment, non-profit, religious, athletic, and scientific leaders – from more than five decades of education. |

Terry Hairston Foundation
The Terence "Terry" Hairston foundation is comprised of energetic and concerned individuals; with a mission to equip the youth and young adults in and around the metropolitan urban communities with bridge building opportunities that will build a solid foundation for the future.
The main objective of the Terry Hairston Foundation is to provide youth and young adults with tools and resources that will promote self-empowerment, while ultimately focusing on fostering apprenticeships and partnerships that will enhance their natural physical and mental abilities and strengths.

AUCAlumni.com - The objective behind AUCalumni.com is to provide an e-venue where alumni and friends of the Atlanta University Center and otherwise, may converge to find news, updates and other relevant content that specifically impacts their communities and lives. The types of online features we will host include: News articles and profiles Upcoming Events Alumni updates and references Business Listings Job Listings Discussion Groups. AUCAlumni.com is the online community for graduates and friends of the Atlanta University Center. We strive to be a source of news, events and career opportunities for AUC alumni. We feature alumni success stories each month and have featured jobs from Intel and Nike on our site. We are currently working with Nike to bring additional information on openings at their headquarters and satellite offices. One of our primary objectives is to serve as a conduit for new members into the alumni organizations of all the AUC schools. In addition, one of our future goals is to assist with fundraising initiatives to ensure a positive future for those who attend our beloved AUC schools. Bob Steele, '65 is Executive Director of the Driskell Center at the University of Maryland which is devoted to the study of visual arts and culture of African Americans and the African Diaspora. The Center sponsors first rate programs involving presentations by African American and other scholars. |

We seek to explore and address the increasing lack of interest and engagement of Americans in our democratic experiment through innovative scholarship, novel policy approaches, cutting-edge communications techniques and political and legislative action. |

Mission The African Continuum Theatre Company (ACTCo) is a professional theater company whose mission is to illuminate the human condition through producing and presenting professional theatrical productions.
