In celebration of International Children’s Book Day, April 2nd, the children’s storybook, Hello, Maroon Tiger! (HMT) is now available for Morehouse College alumni chapters to use for fundraising. HMT is the first book among the 50+ that have been published by Mascot Books, featuring college mascots nationwide, to spotlight a HBCU.

Written by Earl Anthony Cooper (Morehouse Class of 2011) and illustrated by Chase McKesson (Morehouse Class of 2013), the story follows the beloved Morehouse Maroon Tiger mascot as he travels pass campus landmarks on his way to Harvey Stadium for a football game. HMT is available direct from Mascot Books wholesale for $7.50 (mascotbooks.com – 703-437-3584). It retails for $14.95. Chapters may sell it for more as part of fundraising efforts or as gift premiums. The college also receives a licensing fee from the sale of each book.
